By accessing or using auto-jt.com (the "Platform"), operated by Automations with JT ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

auto—jt is a social media management platform that provides AI-powered content creation, multi-platform scheduling, DM automation, Google Drive video management, and revenue tracking tools for solo operators and small businesses.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Account access is subject to approval by our team.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the Platform through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post or schedule content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Google Drive, etc.).

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule through the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, content suggestions, and other text. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including social media platforms and Google Drive. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or data processing practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is currently in beta and may experience downtime, bugs, or changes without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, auto—jt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
